JOB OVERVIEW
You will be placed in public or private hospitals in Singapore across departments such as ICU, surgical wards, maternity, and outpatient clinics, delivering direct patient care in a structured healthcare system.
Available Departments
Successful candidates may be deployed to one of the following specialised departments depending on experience and hospital requirements:
- Renal – Inpatient Dialysis Centre / Renal Centre / Dialysis Centre
- Angiography / Cardiac Services
- Cardiothoracic ICU
- Delivery Suite / Labour Ward
- Neonatal HDU / NICU
- Emergency Department
- Operating Theatre
- Medical / Surgical Ward
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, competent and compassionate nursing care to patients
- Assist registered nurses in delivering high standards of direct patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Support patient education and promote recovery and wellbeing
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety and infection control standards
Work Schedule
- 3-rotating shift system for most departments
- 38-42+ hour workweek

Requirements
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or eligible for registration
More information on registration can be found on SNB website - Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent recognised qualification
- Relevant clinical experience preferred (depending on department)
- Candidates with inpatient ward experience are welcome to apply
- Fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
