JOB OVERVIEW

As a Patient Service Associate, you will manage patient interactions including registration, appointment coordination, and billing, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
• Manage billing and payment collection
• Support daily clinic operations
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
• Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Able to work in a healthcare environment with patients
• Willing to work in shifts / weekends
• Prior healthcare experience is advantageous but training is usually provided by the institution.
