JOB OVERVIEW
As a Patient Service Associate, you will manage patient interactions including registration, appointment coordination, and billing, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage billing and payment collection
- Support daily clinic operations
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred
- Minimum Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to work in a healthcare environment with patients
- Willing to work in shifts / weekends
- Prior healthcare experience is advantageous but training is usually provided by the institution.
