Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and design development drawings.
- Prepare presentation materials including 3D renderings, diagrams, and mood boards for client pitches and approvals.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation for submission and construction.
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, QS, etc.) to integrate building systems and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and respond to site queries or RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project brief.
- Assist with authority submissions and approvals.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously with effective time and resource management.
