Overview of the job
- We are recruiting for various public and private hospitals in Singapore. We will assist your application to all of our clients with jobs that match your skills and experience.
- You will assess, diagnose and implement treatments for a range of problems related to the foot and lower limbs. You will provide treatment to patients with various foot pathologies ranging from corns, calluses, and pathological nail conditions, musculoskeletal cases to high-risk diabetic foot ulcers.
- You will prescribe custom-made foot orthoses, educate patients, family members or caregivers on preventive foot care and continuous treatment of disorder.
- When required, you will need to perform or assist in the minor nail surgery and manage biomechanical cases, including sports injuries.
- For the Senior Podiatrist role, you will supervise and train junior Podiatrists and Therapy Assistants.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Podiatry.
- At least 2 years of working experience preferable in diabetic, vascular, orthopaedic, high-risk foot or advanced wound care.
- Good communication skills and able to work well independently in a fast-paced environment
- Has relevant nursing experience in home country.
Terms and Package:
- A competitive annual package includes basic salary, housing allowance, extra duty allowances, 13th-month salary & annual / performance bonus.
