Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes (e.g., etching, deposition, photolithography, diffusion, CMP, etc.).
- Monitor daily production metrics, identify root causes of yield loss or process variation, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with equipment engineers to ensure tools are performing to specification and assist in troubleshooting tool-related issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process stability, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes into the fab.
- Perform statistical data analysis using SPC, DOE, and FMEA methodologies.
- Maintain and update process documentation and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
